About Jamila White, the E-Commerce Diva
Jamila White, the E-Commerce Diva™, has been an Internet marketing pioneer since 1995. She helps entrepreneurs and small business owners learn and apply proven strategies that increase web sales and traffic.
Her consulting firm, Jamila White and Associates, Inc., has clients that span the private, public and non-profit sectors, and include PBS, Georgetown University, the National Education Association, Maryland Public Television, and others. Among her accolades for her web productions are:

A summa cum laude graduate of Howard University, Jamila has developed curriculum for and taught E-Commerce and Internet Marketing workshops at Georgetown University’s Networked Media Center and the Women’s Business Center, both in Washington, D.C.
From 1997 to 1999 she owned and operated Brothers & Sisters, a successful Web-based retail mail order business. Since then, she has helped hundreds of businesses launch and further their Internet-based ventures with her consulting and training programs.
Jamila has made expert appearances on the "Moneywise with Kelvin Boston" and WHUT "NewsVision" televisions shows, and has featured in AfroNet Magazine and the bestselling book, The Divine Nine:The History of African-American Fraternities and Sororities by Lawrence C. Ross, Jr.
Jamila has served on the board of DC Web Women and is an active member
of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., a public service organization. She
resides in the Washington, D.C. area.
